The Win-Team EE Onboarding solution synchronizes data entered into your HCM System of Record and updated your Scheduling System.

 

Qualifying Events. This solution will key on events in your SOR such as Hire, Termination, Rehire, LOA and demographic changes to update Win-Team.

 

Frequency. The solution can be executed on a frequency of "near-real-time" to once per pay cycle based on a client's requirements.

Configurability. This solution is configurable to accommodate a client's HCM setup without development.
